How does Hejj determine the language of sent emails?

The language of emails is determined as follows:

• Employee with login: If the employee has an account in Hejj, the language they set in their profile settings is used.

  • Adjust via: Settings → Profile (https://app.hejj.io/settings/profile)

• Employee without login: If the employee doesn't have an account (e.g., invited employee who hasn't logged in yet), the default organization language is used.

  • Adjust via: Organization settings → General

Tip for multilingual teams: If you want to send emails to a group of employees who speak a different language than your organization's default, and these employees don't have a login yet, you can temporarily change the organization language before sending. Don't forget to change it back afterwards.
