Language Settings in a Campaign

How are languages determined?

Languages are configured in the template settings. When setting up a template, you can activate multiple languages and select a default language.

When a recipient already has a Hejj login, the language of their profile is used automatically. Recipients can update their preferred language in their profile settings at Settings > Profile (https://app.hejj.io/settings/profile).

Can the recipient change the language?

Yes. The recipient can always switch languages themselves by clicking the flag icon in the top right corner when filling out the form.
