How to Use It

1. Open a Performance review or a 1:1 you need to complete

2. Find the Private Notes section

3. Click the Prepare with AI ✨ button

The AI will start writing preparation notes directly on your screen. You'll see the text appear in real-time.

Once complete, the notes are automatically saved to your Private Notes area. You can edit them, add your own thoughts, or use them as-is.

What You'll Get

The AI creates a structured set of notes to help guide your conversation:

• Summary – Quick overview of the key points to remember

• Talking Points – Specific topics worth discussing

• Questions to Ask – Thoughtful questions to make the conversation meaningful

• Notes – Extra observations and reminders

Where Does the Information Come From?

The AI looks at your shared history with this person:

• Notes you've written about them

• Their goals & tasks and progress

• Feedback from previous performance reviews and one-on-ones.

The more you've documented throughout the year, the better the suggestions.

Your Notes Stay Private

Everything in Private Notes is only visible to you. The person you're reviewing won't see these notes – they're just for you to organize your thoughts.
